Back home we have 3 adult cats (we picked up a stray cat who ended up being pregnant and kept the two kittens others wouldn't adopt) and we had a stray kitten show up a few months back and it's momma never showed up after a week so we decided to keep it.

The kitten is really playful, and it's constantly wanting to play fight with the adult cats. The adult cats want nothing of it and are constantly hissing and fighting back in a non-playful fashion. The kitten apparently can't learn from the cats that they don't want to play and it seems to put the adult cats in a bad mood for a while after the kitten attempts to play fight.

We already got him neutered, hoping that would make him chill out, but it did no good. So what should we do?

I always chuckle at the phrase "owning a cat".

People, the cat owns you. You pay for its food, medical care, and shelter for essentially nothing in return. It's like having a child but the cat will never pay for your nursing home bills.

Why did I read this in the voice of Tyler Durden?

I don't have to worry about the cat murdering another human being or turning into a disgrace to the human race. Or it driving a car. Or having to buy new clothes for it all the time. Having to put it through school. Day care. I don;t want to even think of all the other horrible things that come with having children.

But your cat might eat your face off after you pass out or die alone. Just saying, man.

I love cats, especially a good lap kitty. Ask a dog if he wants a treat and he will go nuts waiting for it. Ask a cat if he wants a treat and you will get a look that says - "**** you. You like that damn treat so much, YOU eat it."

Our cats go nuts for treats, especially the kitten. He'll be climbing all over you if you don't give them to him quick enough. I'm like damn cat chill for a second.

Will the cat see to it you have good health care when you're old? I'm sure snuggles will make sure you aren't being abused at the nursing home.

lot of research went into that book. Only found one lesbian couple that didn't own a cat and turns out it was actually just a chick and a dude who identified as a chick. Didn't count it. Couldn't, obviously.

At least, please tell me these things are outside and not in the house.

Animals = outside

Humans = inside
