Nope. Just a silly question after all and not even a good riddle. You never established a relationship between the ratio and the equation.

I am a math guru. That was not math, well the % was, except "per 10" has no meaning there. Per 100 would have made the first part make sense. You also never established the relationship between the number and the equation. So this was more of a poor attempt at a riddle.
