Did hotdogs on the 4th. More precisely, Nathan’s jumbo beef franks. Scored the dogs before grilling and served them up on toasted-on-the-grill Pepperidge Farms top sliced buns. and slathered in spicy brown mustard. Mmmmm!

Tonight’s grilling will be boneless ribeye rubbed with Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Was thinking of recreating the Grilling thread to ask this, but does anyone here have the Weber Searwood? Its apparently one of the first pellet grills that can actually sear like a grill, and therefore, can pull double duty as a smoker and a grill. Reviews have all been great with people saying its just a smidge below a grill in its ability to hit the high flame-grilled temps.

Thinking about pulling the trigger. That was always my hangup with pellet smokers is that they never got hot enough/worked well enough to grill.
