Frankly, I blame the schools and their faculty and administrators. They are not preparing these kids for life's experiences. They are coddling them and filling their heads with PC nonsense. I haven't seen a business yet with a safe space. I haven't seen a marriage with trigger warnings. Oftentimes the best way to learn is through facing adversity. At some point, the adults in this country are going to have to assert themselves.
