It's still a BS stat that the offensive line of UL is #1 and Navy is #2 and UK is #4. Are you really telling me UL has a better offensive line than Alabama? Are you telling me Navy has a better offensive line than Alabama. It's using stats to come to an untrue conclusion.

I admit I don't fully understand how they got their numbers but o know there are stat junkies on here they may be able to break it down.

All you need to breakdown is that they rank the #1 team in the country (by far) as having the #16 ranked offensive line in college football. You can quit reading and delete the page after that.

Only thing I wished it showed is total ranking. For example in one category UofL is #1 , then in another they are like # 63. So unless I am misunderstanding it I don't think they saying UofL is the #1 total offensive line overall. I would agree I think overall it is more than likely Bama.

http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/ncaaol Found a site that does offensive and denfensive line stats and where each ranks in different categories.

I guess I am too old to read an excell sheet or whatever that is, but are you trying to say Louisville wouldn't swap OL's with Bama? I don't have a clue of what any of that is showing, but any OL would have a much better rating than they deserve simply by having Jackson as their qb. If you showed one saying Louisville had the most dangerous qb in the NCAA I could get on board with that, OL is no better than average, getting helped by defenses playing 10 on 11 because someone is spying on Jackson.

Its pretty straight forward..they are using stats to rate the lines. every time lamar jackson scrambles, their line gets ranked higher

Its most definitely a flawed ranking...but hey, it has us at number 4...which has probably never happened even with flawed rankings
