Agreed. There is a kind of “it” factor that comes into play… I don’t like the guy but even someone like Tyrrell Hatton (for example) looked like he was teeming with confidence out there today. Some of our guys, otoh—highly ranked players too—looked like they were barely hanging on. Russell Henley, Harris English, etc. Someone needs to remind our guys that they are world class players and it’s time to go out there and be alphas.

Say what we want about Patrick Reed (and I’ve said a lot), he never needed this kind of encouragement. Maybe we need to be less mister nice-guy.
