I think these can be taken every four years. We are in dire need of one but maybe Konkol thinks next year is better. It gives the teams extra practices and great bonding overseas. Those teams get a HUGE early season advantage. Rick may have shut it down due to the expense however. Not cost effective to omit the opportunity though in my opinion.
