Touchy situation at best.
What are the odds of someone being assaulted twice in close time frame?
Someone to get assaulted once is really bad, and you can bet that person would be a little scary about going out with men again for some time. Then to be in a position with two men?
Not buying it.
Sorry to all our female fans.
Crying assault is starting to get like crying racism; it's getting hard to tell who is telling the truth anymore.
When people start getting skeptical about things, they tend to tune things out. That is a real shame when someone is really assaulted and no one listens.
Gotta to see the facts, names, locations, witnesses.
Don't matter about Duke anyway; as soon as Zion dunks today, that will be the story of the day.

Meh. Sounds like more political grandstanding. If it were one or the other, sure its plausible. But for the same person to be raped so close in time like that, sorry, but Im extremely skeptical. Sounds alot more like dirty liberal tactics, because of course no one wants to question a rape victim's motives and find out after the fact the allegations are true. Just like we saw with the Duke lacrosse deal with two black strippers making false allegations, Ill wait and see what comes of any of this.

We can rule out Battier as the accuser is a female. But maybe it’ll be Avery or Brand! Man a guy can hope. Hell maybe K taped it all and covered it up. At this point all we can do is pray guys. K was a big time defender of Joe Pa so how surprised would any of you really be?

It's all that's needed in 2016 on. People don't even care about facts in the case or evidence, allegations is all you need. Anyone who asks for facts or evidence is said to be defending rapists. Check any Art Briles thread.

THe Kavanaugh mess was total chaos and turned out to be not true at all.

Very skeptical of this as well. I have no idea how women deal with or feel through all of this. She may very well totally truthful.

Just seems odd to wait all of these years and them come out with all this info now. May be very valid reasons. I don't know. Just seems odd to me.

I ain't the smartest man in the world and I can't even fathom being raped, but if I were ever the victim, I can't see myself ever going to the Dean or a coach to report it. Basic common sense says you call the police. I guess you gotta say you reported it to a University official for the lawsuit.
