Pulling for him, hope he makes it. If not the Rams some other NFL team should take a look; he's earned that.

Won't be Rams.....they have too many WR's already. I predict Tavon will be traded or released by this upcoming offseason.

Older YouTube video, but fascinating about Stedman.

Story of being shot in the head, his rehab and his comeback attempt in the NFL.

WVU mentioned prominently, of course, along with Geno and Tavon.

The guy had great hands. He never dropped a lot of passes. Wish him the best.

Austin has signed a four-year extension to stay in Los Angeles The new deal is worth $42 million with $30 million in guarantees. The extension keeps the wide receiver under contract through the 2021 season.

Had the Rams passed on Austin's fifth-year option, which would have been justifiable, he would have become an unrestricted free agent after the 2016 season. Austin could have been re-signed for pennies on the dollar since it's highly unlikely a strong free agent market would have developed for Austin.

The Rams can pull the plug on Austin next off season with just a $5 million salary cap charge from his 2018 fifth day of the league year roster bonus due on March 18, which is already fully guaranteed, because he didn't get a signing bonus with his new deal. Since Austin's rookie contract was running through the 2017 season, the Rams will have essentially given him an extra $11.1 million without him playing under any of the extension years if released in 2018.

He's not going to continue sitting on the bench.......sooner or later, both sides will mutually agree to some sort of option.

Hard to tell. But I see the Rams eating the 11 million and finding someone in the draft.
