The only real favorite we have is Cali. Drake, PK are toss ups. BK slight underdog. A healthy Angelo would be favorite over Fishback and Gabe a toss up with him.
Probably be OSU -12.5. That's what Iowa was against the Gophers on Draftkings. But it's kind of a crap shoot because they don't adjust lines I don't think. I put a couple bucks on Iowa to cover but had I known earlier Cruz was wrestling then I wouldn't have put anything on it. Iowa was +4.5 against Nebraska, so I made a decent amount on that since I figured Iowa was going to win anyway. Cruz and Block winning made it easy money in the end, but I figured Iowa was going to win the dual outright since I always thought Gabe would win at 184 even with Angelo out. And I even made a couple bucks on Nebraska against PSU, 27.5 was a lot when Nebraska was likely to win at least two, and they ended up getting 3 and a pin.

I think we go 3-7, winning 65, 74, and 84. I could see wins at 33 and 49 if our boys show up like they’re capable. In the end, win or lose I just want to see our guys let it fly. Slim chance but it sure would be nice.
Cannon will be out as well. So Iowa will be the favorite at 157. Stiles was out yesterday so we will see if he goes.

But upon further analysis, I think the reason BK isn't putting any weight on is he still thinks he can play linebacker in football and doesn't want to get >240#.

I've been away for awhile (post Penn St therapy) so polly stating the obvious but when I look at this Okie St lineup I can see them being right there w/ Penn St in next year or two . 6 starting freshmen all ranked in top 10.

If you had to guess would you guess that Ben hasn't been as offensive because he forgot how to attack or that Ben hasn't been attacking as much because he has something thats been bothering him?
If he goes back to football he will be a DE not a LB. Most HWTs lose 10 or more from the start of the year. It's hard to keep on all the weight you gained in the offseason lifting and eating tons of calories while training during the season. I see plenty of weigh in sheets and the weights go down
There aren't very many successful DEs weighing 240#.

Feels like he came back from that hip surgery way too soon. Kyler Larkin had the same surgery and I believe he was completely off the mat for 10 full months.
Not sure how to handicap that. Maybe some from column A and some from column B.
The yips are a real thing, and it looked to me that Kueter may have them against Ferrari (but no so much against Hopke). That can be related to the injury too. Sometimes it takes time to trust the repair. Sometimes you never do. You can call that physical or you can call that mental, or each impacting the other.
The most interesting thing to me about this dual is who ends up on the mat.

Listening to Tom’s post Minny presser it sounds like there will be a change in the lineup with the two guys that he said quit during their matches won’t be wrestling. At least that’s what I took from that.

Ludington might be out of redshirt matches but really little difference if he is in.
He said a couple stopped wrestling before the final whistle, specifically Ludington for the last 13 seconds after the restart when he didn't do anything. But also didn't sound like it would affect him going again at any point, but something he has to improve on.

.Based on injuries, I will update mine to o/u 4.5 matches won by Iowa. +250 to win and +3.5. Bonus points at 141 and 197 are going to be tough to overcome so need to win 6 matches to win IMO
They have a monster at 141 and BS is not going to do better than a major loss I'm afraid. It is going to be really tough to overcome the bonus on those weights. Iowa will need to win 6 weights as I don't think they can overcome tOSU's bonus points in a 5/5 split.
Yep.. I think there is an outside shot at bonus for JW at 157 and Mikey at 165. Probably not enough to overcome the techs at 141/197 unless JW locks up a cradle. We’ll see.
