Foundation problems, helical pier install

Anyone use The Foundation Specialist, United Dynamics or similar companies?
My basement walls are cracking, brick on house is cracking on front and back above cracks in wall.

Not sure happy is the right word, but the foundation is stabilized as best I can tell since they were put in.

My piers are plates bolted to the foundation & then piers attached to them that were somehow pressurized to drive them down to firm ground & hell there as they lifted the foundation itself.

Yup not exactly ideal but my old house had about a dozen and like you said pressurized to secure the foundation.
