Start of conference play time to separate the contenders from the pretenders......biggest questions.....Are Union and Trask for real.....guess we will see this week as Trask host Wallace....Union I believe is much improved but are they ready to take on the upper echelon of the conference.....

Ran into Union's version of Ninja on the other prep site......this guy is talking about Union winning State and how Clinton is overrated Wallace is overrated very entertaining to say the least.......Coach Burley has done a great job rebuilding that program but i still dont see them beating Clinton,Wallace,or East Bladen....not this year

Third ain't so bad in that brutal conference ebhs, it will help prepare for the playoffs too. Gotta believe the Eagles take this one.

Ya'll just better hope we don't hang another 50 on ya'll again this year. Our Bulldogs will be ready to take on the Dark Horses in the Dog Pound for their 3rd straight conference championship. Win or loose I think the dogs will be favored to win 1 aa championship. I saw Clinton friday. I'll have to say they have that look. Our dogs have got a different look. I just can't wait. I know we got to play some football first, but I couldn't help it.

I really think that WRH and the Horses are both going to go far this year. That last game of conference play will be huge.

I'm not sure, I thought Johnnie Glaspie was still at ECU but I can't find any current news on him.

glaspie is not at ecu according to the duplin times he left because of personal family issues and has not given any details.

Yes that Clinton vs Wallace game has the potential to be a instant classic but alot of football still to be played before then........Sad news about Glaspie hope everything works out for him hate to see wasted talent like that hope he is able to return.....
