I am watching a witness and he said there were two explosions, the first that caused the panic and then a second one. He reported there was no security where the bomb exploded. I find that very hard to believe.
He is a free lancer, doesn't work for CNN, does work for CBS, AXS and Yahoo. Very poor judgment.
