He was the ticket manager for the Cubs when I interned there. Had no idea he was a former college football coach. Nice guy. RIP.

He was also a great evaluator of coaching talent. While at Syracuse, he hired Nick Saban as a young coach for Nick’s first big time coaching job. Frank already had Jerry Angelo ( the ex-Chicago Bears GM) and the great Tom Coughlin on his staff.
