Happy Thanksgiving to all the Franklin posters, Shelby posters, & the whole NC Prep family. Hope it's a great, safe Turkey day for all of you. Please take a moment to think of those that are less fortunate & esp. those that are away from loved ones while serving the country.
Shelby rolls, the only shocking thing that could happen this year is if the lions don't win the state title.
For the record Mr Chopper if you check back I believe we beat Kannapolis(AL Brown) 7-6 in semi finals in 1988 in an over achieving year as we went for our 3rd straight championship appearance. Check your records
We stopped you guys on 4th and like 6 inches and of course your fans in which one was sitting behind me on Shelby side talking smack the entire game thought it was controversial spot but yes we won the game

Wish i was....would love to go to see the atmosphere. Listening on Franklin radio as I moved to the FL Panhandle a couple years ago. Props to your stadium crew as the broadcast guys say they have been treated great!

Not much to talk about in this game so, a heads up for the Heel fans. I live in Navarre down here & a RB named Michael Carter is coming to Chapel Hill next year. He's not the fastest or strongest but he's savvy & knows how to follow blockers. He needs a year in a college weight room but, he's going to be a good one. Had 300 yds rushing with 4 td's + a 99 yd KO return in a second round playoff game last week. Remember his name!
I never knew that, I don't like that rule. An athletic play like that shouldn't be penalized.

41-0 3Q....Coach Brooks gives permission for the running clock. Wanted to take time to wish the Shelby crew good luck the rest of the way. Not that we were ever a threat but all you guys have been nothing but class this week. Everyone associated with the Franklin program has said the same about your program. Will be rooting for your team to host another trophy!
What's his injury, do you know? I saw that he nevered re entered the game, but didn't see him favoring anything.

That Franklin fan base was great they were good and loud for their kids ! I like that

Talked to Dax....he said he's good and could have kept playing but being up 35 he didn't want to risk anything. He said he'll be back next week....no worries.
