Please don't think that left lane drivers are only in or from Ohio. I've been around. They're everywhere, including KY.

You're an alright dude in my book...mostly because you have great taste in music and have shared a ton of great music on this site. And I for one greatly appreciate that.

~~~ HOWEVER ~~~
Eff off on this topic, man. Cause you wrong. Dead wrong. There are at least 50 Ohio drivers for every KY driver that does that ish. And that ratio is being unjustifiably generous to the multitude of shiiiiity Ohio drivers out there rambling about and cluttering up our passing lanes.
Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, all those ******* to the north impede my left-lane progress.
Tennessee drivers are bad about staying in the left lane as well. I saw a driver from TN get pulled over for staying in the left lane.
Anyone who thinks that Ohio has less left lane minivan going 5 under drivers is just delusional.
Asians or Ohio plates. Every. Single. Time.
....and that dumbfounded look when they don't understand why people are upset with them. It's one of a kind.
Whenever I pass somebody driving slow in the left lane I just make a goofy face at them.
I hear ya. Try living up here.
Of course, we have a bunch of those damn barefoot KY drivers wrecking while either ODing on heroin, getting lost looking for Kings Island, or making out with their sister, cousin or aunt while listening to horrible country music. The worst is when they pull over to scrape up some freshly squashed possum or raccoon to make burgoo. They never, ever use their flashers.
I will tell everyone on here of THE absolute worst demographic of putting their slow-driving *** in the left lane and ******* NOT GETTING OUT OF THE WAY - young black females. Write it down and take notice...
I **** you not, sir, everytime I find myself on the interstate punching the steering wheel, honking the horn and sticking my head out the window yelling "Speed up or get the F over" the license plate I see looks like this:
Highways or Die Ways. It's your choice.
Bunch of Scoff Laws.
Seriously, the slow driving in the fast lane does piss me off, but even worse is the general lack of gratitude/friendliness/general good behavior up here in Ohio. My first 20 years as a driver were in KY and if I was in a high traffic area where you were basically at the mercy of someone to let you out, you could count on somebody doing that. Not up here.
And conversely, in KY if you let somebody cut in in front of you, you are usually acknowledged with a wave and a smile. Not up here.
I mean it isn't 100% in either location, but Southern Hospitality is a real thing. Even if KY isn't actually Southern.
I live in the Naples Florida area, even down here the Ohio drivers are awful, followed by Illinois, Seems as though every time i happen upon a wreck or someone going 30 in the left lane, it's one of these two
-The kid's driving ability as shown in the video is really impressive. 10 years old!
-My girlfriend is from Ohio. She's always puzzled when I give a friendly wave to somebody who lets me into traffic.
-About 25 years ago I was driving north, around the Nicholasville bypass and up Nicholasville Rd toward Lexington. Got behind a guy doing about 35 in the left lane with no other cars around him. Got close to his tail, flashed my bright lights, and waited for him to move to the right lane. He never did. Finally just passed him and went on. Ten minutes later, while stopped at a traffic light around Man O'War & Nicholasville, a guy taps on my window with a crow bar. It was the driver. He'd followed me. He threatened to beat me with the crow bar. I looked over and saw a little girl about 10 years old, presumably his daughter, sitting in the passenger seat of his car. I'm sure she was impressed with daddy.
Any trip down I-75 results in a level of frustration that borders rage. I used to think that they were just not taught the rules of the road, written and unwritten. As I get older and meet more people from Ohio I tend to lean more toward the fact that a good number of them are arrogant ********. There are some that are ok, but not many. That’s what I hate about them at the lake, they screw up like hanging out on the ramp to get their wife and kids in or out of the boat, load the cooler, pack the dog over, etc... alll after waiting in line for 15 minutes prior to that, But then get passed if you say anything to them. That’s why I take every opportunity to chastise them at the lake, just to watch their blood boil. It doesn’t take much, but they blow their top quickly. Fun stuff.
Always go around a slow left lane driver and then get right in front of them and hit your right turn blinker. Nothing makes. It more satisfying than to make sure they fully understand why you just bumper rode them for a couple of miles and then cut back over in front of them. Kentucky drivers should use this move as their rally cry over putrid Ohio driving.
I lived in Manila for 2 years. I felt safer on the road there than I do here when there is an Ohio driver within 500 yards of me on an interstate. All bets are off then.
One of my best friend's lives in Ohio and absolutely detests drivers there. Slowing down in the left lane is #1 #2 and #3 on his list. He will literally get on the car's rear and blow his horn until they move over. The look on their faces when they finally get over is priceless.
Your friend is a hero
There have been many times that I wish I had a retractable spike that I could use to remove them from the road. It never fails they have a OH license plate. Absolute worst drivers on the road.
And pull right up on their bumper and, when passing, pull alongside their vehicle as close as possible.
I just pretend to be a NASCAR driver. Great fun passing on right, zip over, come to the next one, same thing. What's fun is when you swarp into the right lane, the left laner realizes what you're doing, starts speeding up, but if you have a big motor, they have no shot.
