One threw an object that “hit individuals seated on the Purdue bench in the first half.” That student had his tickets revoked and received a “permanent ban” on the ability to obtain a valid ticket to any ticketed Husker athletic event, Nebraska said.
A second student used “inappropriate and unsportsmanlike language directed at the opposing bench” repeatedly after being previously warned. As he left, he was seen “removing two water bottles from the team bench and throwing them to someone in the crowd near their seat.” The student had his tickets revoked and received a one-year ban on obtaining future valid tickets.

The truth is you can't count and wouldn't know if he gave you $1000 or $10 or $1000 pesos. You don't have enough fingers and toes for you to count past 18... I say 18 because there is no way you have gotten this far in life without losing one or two digits in a sow insemination accident.

Maybe the B10 office should spend their time teaching their refs basic rules like over and back, and holding such refs accountable if they can’t perform better than a 4th grade travel official…

Man, I don't know...I expect a little more out of my head coach at a big time university. And the fact that he missed and hit somebody else by mistake is why you don't do that stuff to begin with. I'm not saying he should be punished and in the end .. I guess I don't really care , but i'm surprised he did that and I don't think it's a very good look.

....and now its front page on Fox.

All colleges need to do a better job of stopping fans from storming the court or the field. As a kid I remember them happening at the professional level as well as the college level. They stopped happening in professional sports a long time ago for safety. Now it's time for them to end at the college level.

Jeez, ya think? Ever before see fans jump into a handshake line to taunt a head coach and video it? That never happens. Iowa's security is a disgrace.

The fake **** is on social media. This actually happened. And Fred had every right to take a swing at him. Kids from Ames, Iowa don't make it in the NBA unless their motors run very hot. Toss the nice guy persona aside.

Fred won't be charged with anything, won't be paying out any damages, was praised by most in the sports media who said the idiot with the phone was way out of line, and the University of Iowa issued Fred an apology for its lack of security.

But otherwise, you totally nailed it! Well done, Goober.
