I'll be at SHG. Interesting that there will be a Friday night game with an opponent who is traveling 3 hours.

I was really hoping for a Friday night game. No raking leaves for at least another week.Unlike you lucky folks, I go where the IHSA sends me.

Lucky. My ash is just slowly dying and still shedding leaves. Starting to get a Kervorkian itch of the arborist sort.We almost always start on Friday,
Since they cut down all the ash trees a lot less leaves to get rid of..

For the 2nd year in a row it will be the Naperville Riverwalk for me. Let us not forget how blistering cold it was just a year ago for rd 1.
Saturday might find me at Gately for The Caravan v Panthers
In the parking lot. Every time Ive gone there and not parked in the lot, while walking from miles away I have found parking in the lot when I got there although it looks full. I mean, your mere minutes away, just get there early and go to The Lantern.Any suggestions on where to park by NC?

If not the neighborhoods surrounding the school, or worst comes to worst the parking garage.

Obviously I'll be at Hinsdale South @ Thornton. But, if I could choose another game to go to it would be:
Notre Dame vs Marist since I'm a former ESCC guy myself (Shamrock pride).
Anyone every been to a game at Thornton before? What's it like? Atmosphere? Parking? I'm not from the suburbs, grew up in the city so I'm familiar with Harvey. Is Antwaan Randle El, Melvin Eli and Napolean Harris going to be there?

Indeed. Nice and cozy, popcorn... Many a nights stumbling out of that placeAhhhh, the Lantern. I like you more and more all the time, Bones. Before Naperville was overrun, the Lantern was a great place for a Friday beer.
