Hand-sliced pepperoni, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan, fresh shredded mozz and provolone, little spiral of EVOO. Dried parsley for looks after bake. Tried Galbani Whole Milk Low Moisture mozzarella for the first time. Liked the results. Twice the cost of my previous mozz. Mixed feelings if it's twice as good. Let me know what you think!

Mexican pizza!! I did "the different" this week. Thought I would get creative. It was more ambitious than usual. Three new recipes. Three new first times. I made the salsa verde on Wednesday before work. I made the pico de gallo and a chipotle cream sauce on Thursday late. This gave them all 2-3 days to meld. I used the chipotle cream sauce as a base, fresh shredded mozz (50%), pepper jack (25%) and cheddar (25%), and chorizo. I finished with fresh pico and drizzled salsa verde post bake. The chipotle cream sauce was smokey, creamy and had a delayed heat. With each bite, I felt a heat in my face. Wild. Soooo good!

Hand-sliced pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, bacon, green pepper, baby bella mushrooms, onion, black olives, Castelvetrano olives (they are a green olives, less salty and buttery tasting), (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan, fresh shredded mozz and provolone.

Four pepper tomato pie! Red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers, thinly sliced garlic, and (my own) tomato sauce. Post bake, I added a swirl of extra virgin olive oil and a dusting of oregano. I finished with fresh grated Romano! My buddy brought over some German lager. I made pizza.

Last week, I made a rack of babyback ribs, shredded the meat, roasted some jalapenos and sliced some red onions. Sweet Baby Ray's as a base and drizzled some post bake.

I once bought a totinos thing that was all but the crust. It was pretty much what you'd think, but the price was like 3x grabbing a pizza.
Chicken crust is the best if you're going low carb

Canned chicken works the best, but you have to chop it up as fine as you can. Add 1 egg per 8oz of chicken, quarter cup of low fat mozz, spread flat and pop in the oven at 375 for 30ish min

I made some homemade pizzas tonight. Mine is spicy Italian sausage and pepperoni with some roasted poblano and anaheim peppers from a friends garden. I'm still letting it rest so I don't know how it tastes yet. I started using mozzarella pearls instead of shredded mozzarella and I think it's much better.

I used to used breakfast sausages when I first started experimenting with pizza. Find yourself some ground Italian sausage and watch your pizza go up another level. I would try your pizza!

Not the traditional pizzas that everyone is used to seeing in this thread but I made homemade chicago deep dish pizzas for the wife and I for NYE. Homemade sauce. Pepperoni, Hamburger, Spicy Italian sausage, onion and jalapeno on mine with some crushed red pepper. Just hamburger and onion on the wife's. I started them on the pellet grill to get a little bit of smoky flavor and then finished them in the oven.

I took a month off after making pizza every week for over 3 years. It was good to take a break. With that, I give you a hot sopressata, black olives, red onion, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan and cubed mozzarella. I finished with fresh grated Romano and a little dried parsley to make it look pretty!

..well that looks just fabulous. When you say "my own" ..you grew them? You have a garden?
