Don’t blame wandale for leaving. He wants to be a wideout. Frost lame offense was stupid bubble passes and running him at 5:9 and 160 between the tackles

He was a better running back than a receiver

His value was his versatility. Most of his big plays were on those runs you hate so much. He was recruited to do just what we had him do. There was nothing wrong with how he was used, even if he and his people decided he should be a true WR two years after the fact.

Mainly because we could not get him the ball as a WR outside of Frost’s love affair with the swing pass. Our passing game has been atrocious the last two years.

Agree. Those nice passes he caught against Rutgers are some of the only passes to ever catch him in stride in the last 2 years. 90% of the time the guy has to use his athleticism to make the catch on a bad ball, or he gets missed all together.

I wonder if the concerns about using him a an RB were more his father's than his own. Sometimes, "father knows best".

I feel like how he was used was probably less of a factor than the team being just plain bad. But he’s too polite to say it’s 50% about being closer to home and 50% tired of sucking.

He is not playing in the NFL, so why would he care how he gets the ball? He got the ball 10 times a game and did nothing with it!

Obviously the players make a difference, but Bama paying Sark 2.5 million while Kevin Wilson pulls down 1.2 a year, but we hired a guy who loves football so much he quit to work at a credit union for $500k.
