Frost will get another year

There are 20 million reasons frost gets another year. His first 2 years here he thought he could play UCF football and win in the big ten. Think he is figuring out that style isn’t going to work. There should be some coaching changes though. O line has been terrible for 4 years with no progress. Q B coach adds nothing. Why do we have 2 linebacker coaches and no special teams coach.

I know our kicker has problems, but if there is 1 thing I learned about big 10 football is...they take the 3 points in the first quarter...even ohio state...

I don't want to do anything different with the defense...don't fix what works...there's plenty work to do elsewheres

Nope. Buyout is already in place.

Agreed, most pressing need is a new line coach for sure, in a perfect world being a strong recruiter could only help as well.

You angry. And the buyout is in place...it was stated by a former player that talked to Trev.

I think a pet coon would be cool, but I'm more into pet beaver.

Does Trev seem like the kind of AD that would be flapping his lips about a planned buyout to former players? I flat out, 100%, do not believe that.

The buyouts are always in place at schools like NU and LSU and so on...

But, buy one get one free tickets for PU means this is what TA is thinking

"Good lord Scott, okay, just beat PU and then win two more games...if you do that all the lame fans that are on the fence will get a boner and love you again and I won't have to do this dog and pony **** next year, no bowl game and I have to let you go"

The o line is probably the most puzzling situation over the last 4 years. Literally never know on game day what is going to happen.

I agree Frost stays. He is showing moderate progress in his “head coach in training” program and that is good enough for a growing number of fans that have grown comfortable to losing, just as long as they see a glimmer of hope in a few games throughout the year.

Retaining him after a 3-9 season on a 6 game losing streak would be a hard sell. I'd win some games if I were him.

That's where I'm at. If he goes 3-9 they would literally have to say, "We can't afford to fire him." At that point the program is dead.

Thank you. Glad you like it. I've been around a few pet coons. They're pretty funny when they're babies but then they usually get nasty. Raccoons are filthy destructive little vermin.
How about a hot farmer chick with a pet coon?

That's still a baby coon. Get near that girl in a couple of months and that pet coon would bite you in the pecker.
LOL! I think she takes in orphaned coons once in awhile but she encourages them to stay wild and they just move on. Anyone else remember the coons in that John Candy movie "The Great Outdoors"?

If you want to laugh until your sides hurt, watch the cartoon MIghty Mike with a toddler. The people who write that show definitely have some experience with racoons.

Good thing we got the Director's Cut with the Closed Caption English version of the Trash Pandas.

They got lucky Uncle Roman brought in some lobster. The bald headed giant bear should have been there to eat those little bastards anyway.

A player from back in the 1990's. He stated before the season that this would be another season of close games but there were some studs on defense and Frost doesn't hold anyone accountable in practices. There's no teaching on the practice field. He doesn't coach up his own staff either.

Well ****, now that you said it was some player from the '90s, the legitimacy of your claim is bereft of any kind of interrogation much less questioning.

Was it Jason Pesterfield? How many guesses do I get?

Isn't it 15 million after this year?

He won’t get another year from me if he doesn’t hit six. And I can tell ya right now, he will lose sleep over losing me. Hell he might even resign in shame if I’m not onboard. So unless you want to be known as Scott Frost the unemployed baggy eyed vagrant. WIN SIX!

Definitely need a competent Special Teams coach. This $hitshow cannot continue to singlehandedly lose games.

Probably not the popular choice to keep Frost but it makes sense and is the smart move that Trev will do. However getting rid of some of the dead weight on Offense is a must also.

Lets hope the buyout is already in place. Scott is also under NCAA investigation for cheating. Keep that in mind.
The NCAA isn't going to do anything with Frost's "cheating". Virtually every major program was doing at least as much as NU was doing and the NCAA knows it. Nothing is going to happen with that. The point is that saying "the buyout is in place" is just stupid. Everybody knows that NU has millions of dollars available to it at any point they need to use it. The question is whether or not they're willing to turn loose of 20 million if they don't have to. antirowboat is promoting the idea that donors have lined up with checks for 20 million to make it happen. He's goofier than a pet coon.
