Future Opponents Defense

Wake had one of the worst defensive units we will see all year. Four of our future opponents are ranked in the top 30 in Total Defense.

Clemson - 3rd
UVA -11th
Miami - 18th
NC State - 29th

For comparison sake, WKU is 17th.

That's some tough sledding right there, 1-3 is likely (wins over NCST or UM - I was at the WVU - NCST game a few weeks ago and NCST looked horrible against a struggling WVU team). Even if they lost out but look competitive I'd say expectations are met for this year. 6-6 with a win in a minor bowl is a terrific goal for this season.

I’d say our O ranks a little higher than it did since WKU too
