The IT Crowd episode "The Outing" is the single funniest sitcom episode I've ever seen.

Agreed. The show as a whole is obviously not on par with Seinfeld, but that particular episode is as funny as any Seinfeld episode. When Jen turns around and Moss is standing there dressed as the bartender, I lose it. Every single time. "I'm disabled."

Haven't seen Kenny Rogers roasters episode mentioned either.

Really bout the only thing disappointing about Seinfeld was that god awful last episode. Kudos to Seinfeld for stopping the show while it was on top, would have been a shame to have like 2 or 3 crap seasons at the end. The last season things were definitely winding down.

The last seasons were "zany". I hate "zany". Almost as much as whimsical.

Was it Elaine's sister that she sent the nip slip Christmas card to and now her nephew has it and will not give it back to his mom.

O’Henry? That’s one of our top-selling candy bars. It’s got chocolate, peanuts, nougat, it’s delicious, scrumptious, outstanding!
Lol speaking of candy bars the dealership is great! George wants his twix and Puddy with the high fives. I love Kramer and the salesman trying to not put gas in the car. Kramer goes I'll get us a couple of twix bars and the salesman goes no coconut for me and Kramer goes I'll get you a mounds bar lol. The other great line in that episode Kramer says: Kramer and that other guy went farther than anyone ever has before lol

I like when Kramer gets a "porch." He's got his lawn chair and wind chimes but the kids terrorize it and ultimately attack him silly string. Haven't seen that one in a while so may be misremembering some details but that just popped into my mind.

Seinfeld's writers were brilliant at weaving three story lines.

For example:

The Mom and Pop store:

Kramer says that a "Mom and Pop" shoe repair store is about to close, and convinces Jerry to send his sneakers to the store to be repaired.

Jerry discovers that Kramer took all but one pair of his sneakers; the only other footwear he has are a pair of cowboy boots he was given in lieu of money by a club in Dallas that couldn't afford to pay him.

Kramer tells Mom and Pop that they need to get exposed wiring in the ceiling repaired. But when the electrician examines it, he says that they have to get the wiring up to code, or he'll lose his electrician license.

Mom and Pop can't afford to bring the electrical installation up to the building code, so they close the store and disappear with all of Jerry's sneakers.

You may also remember this as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade or Jon Voight's car.

But here, Elaine has the best line:

You know, Darren, if you had told me twenty-five years ago that some day I'd be standing here about to solve the world's energy problems, I would've said you were crazy. Now let's push this giant ball of oil out this window.

The Dealership has the great buried gag of Puddy just sitting on a chair in the background. The show doesn't pause for it or play it up which was fantastic. Most shows hammer every single joke attempt.

The thing with the finale is that this type of show didn't lend itself to having a finale. There's no loose ends to tie up because there's no character development. They should have just made the best regular episode they could and called it a day.

I've read where Seinfeld has said he's happy with the finale because he wanted to bring back all of the people they had worked with on the show. I can see how it was fun for the cast and crew, but it ended up just being a clip show for the audience (that aired after a clip show).

Kramer telling Sally weaver why don't you just give up lol. Well that's what Jerry says. That episode is funny. The rickshaw which is with the bookstore episode is also funny I loved Newman

Love the one where Elaine dances, that was hilarious. Soup Nazi was great. Liked the one where Kramer gets a coffee burn, applies the poltice and settles for free coffee.

There's a few a don't care for. The Dog and the finale come to mind. Still, it's probably the sitcom with the fewest misfires.
The backwards episode in India is average as well. I love when Kramer is getting fired about he says "I don't even really work here." And his boss replays "that's what makes this so difficult." Lol
