This team plays like when you are in year 1 of a legacy in College Hoops 2k8 and you have to take over a god awful team like Morehead State that has no scoring options so you just get clubbed in most games.
Who took these players with this character and continues to allow it?
We have guys who can’t create their own shot and no decent point guard.
This team is simply a collection from the island of misfit toys. Dribble in to trouble and look to chuck it to anyone who can bail them out. Problem is, nobody can.

We are not playing team ball on offense. Not willing to pass, hesitate to pass. This needs to be fixed if we want to have a sliver of improvement on offense.

I'd argue that we didn't start playing tough defense until just recently. IU is a top 30 ranked offense and averaging 85 points a game. How did they do against UK's defense?

They are allowing the program to be displayed handsomely in it's slow death. There's a certain irony there considering the fact that they are blindly supporting a man who dresses and looks like a mortician.
At this point, I think I would be happy if we could just get some open looks. No cuts to the basket, no movement without the ball. Just one on one ISO.
All of these players look worse because we have no PG and no offensive sets. I really miss Butler running the team.

good defense to get a stop after uk manages to get a bucket....but since noah is completely useless he can box out, fouls and st johns gets 2 FTs.
And it's the players. He can't shoot for them. He can't run screens they refuse to run. No one is cutting. What do you think he should do about that?
This was always going to be a terrible matchup. We have no offense flow to begin with, and Pitino is a master of blowing up an offensive.
This team is an absolute disaster and so is the guy who put this group together!
