We’re also blitzing to force the QB to throw the ball quickly, so the pass is almost certainly going to be a quick one to De Jesus at the goal line.
The DB should step in the passing lane made between the QB and the goal line, and force the QB to either throw the ball over his head, or hold the ball a little longer until De Jesus makes a second move.
