Aww...buddy. You're mad that the undead people that were resurrected by some ice kings north of an impossibly massive wall, that have a huge undead army that attacks the world every few hundred years and terrifies everyone found some chains?

There's more hilarious thing I want to mention after the episode officially comes out. But I'm going to keep quiet till then.

I agree with you. His complaint seems... silly at best.

The night king was hoping Danny and her dragons would come. Apparently this is a reoccuring event over thousands of years, so I'm assuming the night king was hoping for a rescue mission to build his army through either ppl or a dragon which is why they waited. It's a what I've read online at least

Picture of the 'protesters' in Boston. You'll get the association to GOT after you watch the episode.

He's a dedicated hater. He HATES GoT.

Nope. I love the story and the show. It just sucks to see that as it comes to a conclusion that it violates the rules it has set up for years and results to formulaic nonsense rather than the brilliant, character-driven narrative that made it great.

If you think a bunch of wights surrounding the band of heroes for days on end until The Hound throws a rock and lets the wights know that the ice froze is good story-telling, that's between you and the Lord.

It is utterly stupid to me and, most importantly, has nothing to do with any of the characters involved and instead is just fanboy ********.

You didn't honestly expect that horrific decision to go sift through ten thousand dead with a posse of ten was going to lead to a realistic ending did you? It's all about advancing the plot, what other reason could they dream up for dany to come save the day...

Option A: hop on the dragon and escape

Option B: Run AWAY from the dragon to kill a couple more completely meaningless white walkers and get a dragon killed

Hmmmmmmmm...

I was more upset with the Benjen to save the day after Jon swims up from a bunch of wights weighing him down -- under water. I mean really? Twice now Benjen just strolls in out of nowhere to save the day? Still though, what a great episode. The closing scene is iconic.

Can't believe next week is the season finale already. How many episodes were there this year?

Why didn't Dany have the dragons kill the night king first thing? He dies the rest die.

If only there were someone who could see anything and everything going on in the world that could clue people in on that ****. Hmmm, where could we find someone like that.

He hasn't had enough time to know everything and I don't think he can predict the future regardless. He did tell them where they were fwiw. I'm sure if they'd asked he would have told them how stupid it was to try and catch one.

IMO at the end of it Bran is either the Knight King too, or that the only to kill the KK is to kill Bran. The children of the forest created the magic that created him and just like the wights die once the WW that raised them dies the same will be true for KK.

It's not about knowing everything or predicting the future. You'd think, if he's cool with watching his sister get raped, he'd violate his brother's (although he now knows it's not his brother) privacy and figure out what he's doing. Then he'd know he's going north of the wall, but rather than getting into the brain of some ravens and keeping an eye out, he lets them go it alone and rely on Robert's son to run a marathon in freezing weather to get word to Dany.

But he'd rather just sit back in Winterfell and let Littlefinger manipulate his sisters and the Northern Lords.

And Dany has the only form of air travel in the world, but they throw hypothermic Jon on a freezing boat and she rides along with him rather than flying back.

Just a note, they changed the Night King's make-up between Season 5 (Hardhome) and Season 6 and those changes look suspiciously like they decided to make the Night King look more like Bran.

I will agree that scenario was poor writing or just Jon continually being a pea-brained moron that can't help from trying too hard to be a hero.

Then why was the night king trying to kill him in the cave? How could he be the night king?
He went to far back in time and got stuck as the First white walker Aka Night King. He actually went back in time 3 times to try and prevent the white walkers, the others being to tell the mad king to build wildfire, but he goes crazy from Bran's whispers, finally he goes back as Bran the builder and builds the Wall. He gets stuck as the Night King the 3rd time though. He also could be the original 3 eyed raven in the season 5 because he can warg human to human

I have sneaking suspicion that the series finale is going to have a Lost type vibe to it. I have nothing to back up this claim, just a fear.
