Langborg and Preston are making a strong case for CCC continuing to fill a couple of rotation spots a year with transfers.
More that Berry is unplayable when his shot is off (far too often). I like Clayton’s aggressiveness on D and wonder if he has a little offensive game yet

Fine. We won. As of now, #4 Michigan State is losing to James Madison in a game with a similar line. Ohio State was favored by 19.5 and beat Oakland by only 6.

With that knee brace Clayton has dont think he can explosive on offense. Defensive positioning was on point. Very surprising for a freshman.
Yeah, not watching myself (listening to Dave Eanet is always a treat), but from the SOUNDS of things, guys like Clayton and Preston have played well and Barnhizer has been pesky. Buie sounds a little sloppy, but you can't really fault 27 points in a win. Stuff to work on, but a win's a win.
I’m satisfied with that win. Defense cranked it up in the second half. And it’s encouraging that Collins has a plan when winning by single digits (Martinelli, Barnhizer, Langborg, Clayton, Buie). Preston is better than TV. Langborg is a solid 3rd option.
Langborg/Buie will drive the offense this year. MN was a no show for some reason. Preston/BB/Ty Berry will be the difference makers when Langborg/Buie aren't taking over.
Dayton (who we play Friday) also kept it close with SIU -eville for the first half of their game and some of the second have before pulling away and winning by 16
Seemed like he was doing a lot more than throwing down dunks, so though the offense seemed lacking, he had four assists, four blocks, three steals, six rebounds, and only committed one foul. Not a bad line.

The visitors were a bunch of sprinters and their offensive sets were built to exploit a guy like Matt, so better to have Preston in there like they did.
I was there, didn’t think we were as bad as most on here do. It was the first game of the year and that team wasn’t bad at all. Barney is really annoying and I love it.
My cousin, a Purdue fan, nicknamed him Barnweasel last season. He’s pissed Purdue didn’t recruit him.
Matt had a non-dunk layup that he made, and a five foot sky hook that he missed. Obviously he's been working on a shot away from the basket.
