Just got back from game. Students were incredible.

This is classic. My daughter goes to NU and I'm in NU Parents FB group. There's a whole thread with parents upset that their students were turned away because the student section was full up. There was huge student line waiting to get in.

Ha! Assuming the game wasn't fully sold out (I actually don't know but would be a bit surprised if it was), they could have just gotten in line to pay for a walk-up ticket like anyone else (or looked on Stubhub, heaven forbid).

If you don't get there early enough before the free student section tickets sell out, that's your problem!

Yeah, what I saw during the game was the players roaring at the students and the students roaring back.

That was awesome.

What a huge win. Congrats to the team and the coaches. This win over #1 (first in NU men’s basketball) should lift us and assure the program to an NCAA bid. The team deserves it!
So proud we hung in there in the 2nd half and out scores Purdue 12-1 ar the end to seal the win. Go Cats!
