This is the most balanced NU has been all season. Seven have scored. Only Verhoeven hasn’t.

If NU can clean up getting to the 50/50 balls. Game would be easier.

Chase is pressing a little.

Team looks good, finger crossed they finish first half with a nice run.

Between the bank in shot and the lose balls going right to Boise, I think that NU is really controlling this game more than the score indicates. If we didn’t get super nervous on transitions and rush shots this would be a 14 point lead.

Does it seem like BSU is getting a lot of last second baskets which are quite “lucky” after good D by our crew?

Our passing has been sloppy - very sloppy. This is a team that we should be dominating now that both Chase & Berry are hitting 3s.

I agree. If we keep defending like this, they won't keep hitting difficult bail out shots. But tip your cap to them on a few difficult scores as the clock was winding down.

This is going well enough, nowCats have to keep scoring in the second half. I like the success inside. I’d like more defensive rebounds. Maybe after the game we can stat their second chance or more points.

I thought we played pretty well that half. Boise had a few last second “just get it off” shots that went in, but good defense for the most part and I love how we’re attacking the rim.

Will be interesting to see if Shaver comes back. Hope he’s okay, but that would be a big loss for them. Looks like he stirs the drink on offense.
