There continues to be some rule that regardless of what happens in the first half the same 5 start. Why is MN sitting?

Really nice second half. Good adjustments except for the no Nicholson policy.

That was a nice win. G’town has talent and athleticism, but our experience playing together (and hitting shots) took over in the 2nd half. Hopefully that’s a confidence boost type game for this team.

We passed the test. Things are looking up. Barnhizer, Roper, Nicholson, plus the "big 3"

Most importantly, defense and team chemistry

Nice win and on the road to boot.Boo and Audige led the charge in the 2nd half.Robbie looks like he has taken the challenge this year and run with it.MN big 1st half.Did not play 2nd half why I don't know but we won by 12 so I am happy.Barnhizer looked good as did Roper.Nice team win.Am a little encouraged.Way to go guys.

Good looking second half. Barnhizer is going to be a star. Good handl, nice shot and an able defender. He is getting comfortable to the speed of the college game

Agreed. He’s going to be a very good player in a year, and he will help us this year. Tough, fearless, good stroke, solid defense.

If MN can stay out of foul trouble that will be a big plus for NU. As we saw tonight he will be a force down low on both sides of the ball.

If I remember right, Nicholson picked up his only foul when Berry threw him a pass over his shoulder and the defender slid in under him, barely drawing contact, while Nicolson whipped a pass to an open shooter in the corner.

Collins removed Nicholson at that point and I don't think he played after that.

Like most on the board here want to see MN get as much playing time as possible before BIG play starts.Do not think that Collins will have the option not to play Matt as we meet teams that are better and have more height.Worked out tonight so no harm no foul however want to see MN get 25 mins in our next game.Gotta get him the experience.
