Without Nance and Audige in the game NU is a pretty good team. Neither should start. Nance is the softest 6-11 player in the country.
Terrible shot selection our last few times down the court.Collins must tell our guys work and move the ball.Lets go.
He was really a liability on offense but man… What is our offensive system exactly?
There was only 1 guy who could put up a semi-fair fight against Kofi and he played 1 minute.
I credit Young for his guts today. That guy never gets a call and when he is guarding Cockburn the ref would call a foul on Young if Cockburn tore Young's head off his body. Same thing last year.
When Beran fouled out, I thought "Collins should finally bring in Nicholson, but he'll probably screw up and go with Williams." He screwed up even worse and brought in neither.

The guys made a game of it in the 2nd half,but the multiple bad shot selections we took in a row really hurt our comeback.Audige and Buie have to stop playing hero ball and play within our offense.When they do like the last three games we are pretty good.Audige plays great D and Buie has been much better for the most part on O this year.Like I said before our guys don’t give up.Yes they drive us CAT fans crazy but you can’t help not rooting for this team.Bring on the Boilers and get the upset win Wednesday.
It was funny following the Illinois game thread on one of their sites. They were continuously thanking Audige and Buie for taking horrible shots to keep Illinois in the lead.
Buie's worst game in awhile. Never had it going.
But common sense should tell a coach that if you get abused 47-30 in rebounding, you're going to lose.
While I would like to see a little more of Nicholson, there’s not nearly enough data available to make such claims. Classic “sample size” alert.
It’s tough for any coach to play raw freshman when they have a roster filled with upperclassman in a season where a postseason trip should be expected.
Bummer the ‘Cats lost a few non-conference games to Covid. There would have been some nice opportunities for MN to see the floor.

I feel like this has been overlooked throughout conference play.
For a team that is supposed to be good from the charity stripe, they tend to miss quite a few of them in key moments.
Not to mention the botched layups…
Blaming this game on CCC convinced me that you and some others will blame every single loss on the man.
Time to move on from Audgie and Nance and get the young guys more minutes. Start developing the future of the program!
Appears to be feel free to jack up any shot you want. Witness young taking 3 pointers in the last few games and today down the stretch.
