Game thread for NU vs. Rutgers

After a whirlwind day of Big Ten basketball, it's time for the main event: Northwestern (20-10, 11-8 Big Ten) at Rutgers (18-12, 10-9 Big Ten) at 6:30 p.m. on BTN.

With a win, Northwestern secures the No. 2 seed in the Big Ten and a vaunted double-bye in the conference tournament. With a loss, Northwestern falls all the way down to the No. 9 seed and will have a rematch with Rutgers in the No. 8 vs. No. 9 game in the conference tournament.

Rutgers is playing to keep their tourney hopes alive, Northwestern is playing to halt a three-game losing streak and buoy their seeding for both tournaments.

Goddammit!!! We always give up a last second basket before the half. Collins did some poor coaching the last 2 minutes of the half. A 10 point lead melted to 4 points. Audige struggling to break the press by himself, no help with Buie on the bench. WTF Collins???
