Agree. Now a nice 4 pt potential play by Berry and a needed tv timeout. Let’s go up 8 here and not look back because we hold ‘em to one shot and play good d, followed by creating some good shots in the offense by moving the ball inside and out and staying assertive.
Yeah - but if he can neutralize harrah and get some rebounds I think we are good. I think harrah is a good match for him defensively because young is so good at backing weaker defenders down.
Yikes. Two straight made 3s and a tough long 2 in three straight possessions for PSU. 10 point lead down to 4. Good timeout there from Collins.
It’s the same crew we always get and they’re consistently brutal. Game after game they suck and they’re always here.

I cannot believe the degree of difficulty shots that Penn State has made during this stretch. Ridiculous.
All the while NU has to carefully avoid fouls because of a handful of phantom calls early in the half. I swear no other Big Ten team gets this kind of treatment at home.

Similar to last game, our defense in the second half has slipped. We have not brought energy. That long layoff seems to have hurt our stamina.
The combination of our settling for bad shots and their crazy off kilter buckets has tied the game.
Collins is an idiot. Pete Nance was the biggest player on the court. On every possession, he was 23 feet from the basket. Their big guy was out and there is no movement by Pete to go low or the team to get him the ball low. He has been 4 years and this can’t be done. Pure and simple bad coaching and development.
