Roper seems slow tonight as well. Not playing with conference.

It’s hard to understand from up here how a dude as big as Matt, with the ball in hand at the basket, can’t get either a dunk or a foul.
But the next time he makes a non-dunk shot may be his first. It’s simply incredible.
Gotta use his body better to create space when he goes up... he's stiff as a board when going up unless it's a dunk.
Biggest problem is that he has not developed a one handed baby hook. He goes up with both hands on the ball. That’s a much lower release. Maybe small hands, but needs to work on the one handed close range shot.
I’m getting flashbacks to the lights when Cats defended the heck out of the ball, a last second bad shot goes up, gets grabbed by oppo and put back for east points.

I imagine we’ll see the starters the rest of the way. Lots of minutes for Tydus and Roper over these past four, and the offense flowed accordingly. Nicholson and Berry should be well-rested for the stretch run. Berry’s been the only good shooter tonight.
Maybe we’ll see some late offense-defense with Barney in for the Nicholbomb. But otherwise, it should be the starters.
