Game Thread: Northwestern vs. Georgia Tech

IDK. Figure we will need one of the bench guys during the BIG season. Only have Two non-conference games left before we get into league play.
I think CCC wanted to give starters practice on holding a lead late in game and then it became about trying to preserve the quality of the win, which ironically ended up bring just an 11 pt win when it should've been closer to 20.
The man cannot jump, cannot defend, doesn't rebound well and can't score close to the basket. Too bad, because he has a decent shooting touch.
It was not an exciting game.
But who could have guessed that Ryan Mutombo would have had such a nice game after being left off of Cappy's scouting report!!!!
Motombo had not played in any of Georgia Tech's previous games... but his famous dad died on September 30, so that may have set him back. Just have to assume that coach Stoudamire is getting shredded over on the Georgia Tech message boards because the guy he's been playing (Doryan Onwuchekwa) looked like a goon.
