Northwestern (15-6, 6-4 Big Ten) is on the road at Minnesota (13-7, 4-5 Big Ten) this afternoon at 1 pm. The game will air on BTN.

Berry is now the shooter we all hoped he'd be. He's one of the best three-point shooters in the conference and a guy the other team MUST be ready for.

Up 27-17 with 2:12 to go. That was a crappy final two minutes. TAKE CARE OF THE BALL!

That was our worst 3-minute stretch since the Chicago State game. Plenty for CCC to yell about at halftime.

5 turnovers and 3 shot attempts in the last 3:46 out of the under 4. Gross.

That last bomb notwithstanding, Minnesota started 0-9 from outside and had some decent looks, so it’s not like MN doesn’t have the juice to score more in the second half

Absolutely pathetic end to the half. Letting a solid Minnesota team hang around is not good. Chris better light them up in the locker room. We need to come out with some gas the first 4 after the half.

Here sitting behind stp. Uncharacteristic amount of turnovers. And still wondering if the bald ref is the same guy ccc went after on Wednesday.

Be interested to see Hu ger plus/minus first half. From the eye test NU struggled

MN needs to stay on the floor.

The stadium is not making my list of places to visit. And the gopher cheer is a bit goofy.

The Minnesota run started on the no call on the charge, then the Langborg illegal screen, then a no call not on the shot but on Buie bc he was not fouled but he was fouled on the sideline. That is three at best 50/50 calls that went against the Cats. That all said, atrocious play by NU.

They’re defending the Boo/MN pick and roll very effectively with a third guy helping and NU didn’t make much of an adjustment to counter. Also just lots of dumb passes inside.

Preston with a nice block and save. Nicholson with good minutes also. Martinelli finally scores after missing some.

Martinelli missing some shots he always makes. That kind of day for NU. Hope during this timeout they take one point (maybe two?) off the board.

Also, can we agree that MN = Nicholson today and Minny and the like means Minnesota, at least today? Getting confused above. :)

This game is annoying as hell. We should be up by 20. Please win this, it would be so frustrating to lose this when we are so clearly the better team.
