NU turned it over only three times in the first half. They handled the pressure well on the rare occasion AU could apply it.

Don't know how we're leading at this point. Let's get it!

Sure looked like NU got the set they wanted, got a beautiful baseline screen for Beran, and he rewarded his teammates with an air ball.

This is a beautiful game.

Some of these shots by both teams look like they're being taken by guys who learned how to play basketball last week.

The venue (can’t call it a gym) has very low ceilings. It can’t be easy to shoot long range shots on that floor.

Starting to lose our composure here. Do we have another run in us?

I love the fight, but my god… do we not practice shooting?? I’ve never seen anything like this.

The only guys that want to post are Barney and Big Matt. Really need to find a way to dump it in.

BIG MATT WITH THE DONKEY KONG HANG!

(Beran works so hard off the ball for a guy who only does hard v-cuts toward the bucket then immediately back out to the arc.)

Did anyone think for a single second that we’d score there? We NEVER score in those situations

Seriously, was that really what they talked about during that last timeout? Get the ball to Audige and don’t ever pass it? It boggles my mind.

When you actually get a top 15 team to play that badly you have to get the win. Sigh.

Have you ever seen Collins run a different play at the end in similar scenarios? It's always 1 on 5.

If they defend you tight, flail about and hope for the one-and-one.

For what it’s worth, Berry hadn’t played for several minutes before getting the call as the inbounder.

I remember Michigan and Vanderbilt. I struggled to think of another score to win at the end.
Vandy wasn’t even a field goal. It was a confused Commodore giving a foul he shouldn’t have.

I remember walk-on Michael Jenkins bouncing in a baseline three against Iowa. Circa 2004.

This team has an identity. They’re gonna be frustrating as hell offensively with few weapons, but they play great defense. It’s a shame big Matt turned it over because I think NU wins the game if they force them to score 5v5

Love the effort. MN's turnover, the way it happened, was the difference. Auburn is outstanding on D, and so are we. Gotta find more offense though.

Yeah that was a brutal turnover. Just wish he hadn’t been in the game on that possession. He’s a real liability with his inability to shoot free throws, so if there’s any chance you can sub in Berry for that offensive possession, you do it. Maybe it wasn’t possible for that possession, but I hated not having Berry on floor most of last 5 minutes.

Audige losing his footing or whatever happened really through off the last play. I don't mind the ball in his hands but the way it played out ducked, obviously.
