He was—did it tactfully though. Head ref came over to him during timeouts a few times and acknowledged some of the missed calls (specifically after the third bogus touch foul on Reid on their point guard when he was leaned into on the move).
Brandon Noel was born Jan 1 2001. 25 year old super sr and we got 18/19 year olds Jake west, Tyler krop, and tre singleton on the floor. I mean cmon.
Angelo scored 14 points with 8 rebounds, 2 assists, and a block. And he did that while getting jobbed by the refs.
Max went in, got pushed around and scored on a couple of times, and came right back out.
I've got no beef with Max and I assume he'll earn more playing time down the road, but Saturday wasn't his best effort and Angelo was doing well.
West got a shot too, but his speed killed him into two quick and dumb turnovers, and he hit the bench.
Collins is likely really frustrated with all the bad defense and dumb turn overs, so if your name isn't Nick or Page, you'd better not screw up or you'll ride the pine pretty quickly.
I feel this team will be fairly good by February. Unfortunately I also feel we will have dug an enormous hole for ourselves by that time. Talent is there, maturity is very very far away right now.

I gotta be honest, watching Saturday's game I was not at all impressed with OSU. And I thought after they made a brief push in the second half, we came back and started blowing them out before the refs shifted the game against us. That's a game NU should win by 10-15 points and the fact that our team lost to the visitors who showed up is embarrassing.
They stink. They just lost at home to Illinois and Illinois looked like doo doo for stretches of the game I saw.
OSU is way way below average by our conference standards.
