At least two or three times a game, McConnell correctly identifies that the team needs a basket ... and he decides to take the game over by himself. The only problem is he is a terrible offensive basketball player and probably the least equipped player on the team to play 1 on 5 while kamikazeing to the basket. Is it too much to ask for Pike to tell him to stop doing that?

you can still run action and sets. We just have either 4 guys standing around the perimeter ball watching or 3 guys standing around the perimeter watching and then just a simple pick and roll.
