I feel like it has been more the fans than the players who thought they were something they weren't lol.
Love seeing Amari give that kind of effort.

If we go 10-8 that could very well be 3rd/4th in the SEC and maybe a 4 seed in the NCAA tournament.
Which going into this season I think anyone would take knowing what we were dealing with here.

The issue is that the offense still doesn't look locked in. This is another horrible opponent, and we've only got one full half of intense play on both sides of the ball this month (2nd half verse Gonzaga).
At some point I think we all have to realize we simply aren’t a good 3-pt shooting team, and that’s a scary proposition with this SEC gauntlet ahead of us.

I just found out my niece was part of the choir that sang the National Anthem for the game. Anyone hear them sing? How did they sound?

I think everyone did. Pope at least starts the right players but some of his sub combos are "interesting" to say the least.
I think the simple answer is that we simply aren’t a very good offense right now, and if we aren’t hitting 3s (we aren’t hitting many again), we flat-out struggle, even against a team like Brown.
"Building a bench" is the only reasonable explanation I can summon at this point, and even that is iffy given the fact that neither of them plays much defense.
