Not much to see here so far. Maryland a much better squad. We're shooting terribly.

Well, the Terps have the advantage in length, athleticism and shooting - and have a good mix of experience w/ youth.

Doesn't help that the 'Cats have been cold when they have gotten the open look - which hasn't been too often against this UMD D.

CC probably can't wait 'til next season when he put a lineup of BMac, Law, Rap, Falzon and Pardon on the floor (a lineup w/ very good length).

Not a great game by the 'Cats in no small part due to UMD's size and athleticism, but the 'Cats played hard the entire game.

A few more made 3's by the 'Cats and UMD not hitting some of those long or contested 3's (or the 'Cats not making too many sloppy passes resulting in TO's) and this would have been a game - and that's w/o 2 of NU's best players.

I'm really really excited about what lies ahead. The arrow is pointing upwards. Very interested to see how we handle the next 4 games.

Another good sign - Falzon just not relying on the 3 and trying to get to the basket.

If the 'Cats can out together a good shooting night from the outside - have a shot at upsetting MSU or PU (too bad by the time they play MSU, Valentine will likely be back).
