I don't even know what defense we are even running. Seems like we are always out numbered in the box. Corners and safeties are supposed to be the best on team. Then why do they have sooo much help.

I am honestly speechless and tired of this second half effort. This is year four and our defense is getting their tails kicked all over the field by a Sun Belt team running the football. A 5'9 195lb back is dragging four of our players. They run the same play to the right side time after time and we never adjust. Stoops will have one more time to get this right by firing Elliot, but as a defensive HC most of this is on him.

I don't know why I get my hopes up. Same ole shat....different year.

I was planning on being sober for the game. I should know better. Wasted about 12 hours today by not drinking.

Boys the horse that is ahead now at the quarter Pole hasn't been declared the winner.

They get first downs so easily on us. This defense is gonna get absolutely shredded this year

I really thought this could be a good team, but we are now looking at 2 wins

Just a really bad team and coaching staff

Our dipshit fans have fallen for this gimmick ******** for 40 years (flashy uniforms, cool slogans and neat sirens) and keep coming back. We deserve this.

This is almost funny to behold. Our defense can't tackle or stop Southern Miss ever. They literally get 5+ yards a rush with ease. Southern Miss...well I guess the only "good" thing is if we lose this tonight you don't have to worry about getting your hopes let down with loss after loss later in the season like the last two seasons. A loss tonight= no bowl for sure IMO.

Seriously, who is better, the 2015 UL team or tonight's SMiss team? The similarities in both collapses are scary, sadly the common denominator is us falling apart.

Back to feeling like I did after the first 2 drives of the game. We go conservative right before the half and then can't make adjustments at the half while the other team does. This is the kind of crap that made me think Stoops is in over his head. Give me a scumbag coach that wins and to Hell with trying to look good by hiring nice guys.
