He was on the run throwing across his body with a DE about to plow him. That's not an easy throw for anyone.

He stopped and set his feet. It also wasn't an overly difficult throw. A major college qb should make that. Even if you're right about that throw then what's the reason for his other bad throws already just in this game? Nothing worse as a reciever then always wondering whether or not the ball will even be catchable if it's thrown to them.
