Run defense has been outstanding. Even getting a little pressure on Finley. But yeah, Cunningham can't do much besides call his own number and they are laying in wait for that now.
I don't understand the Atwell move it makes us look like we are 30 points down and desperate. The score is only 7-3 don't panic and get away from the fundamentals.
On that last NC St. drive there were several plays in which the NC St. players were holding and it wasn't called. Watch we will have a drive going and they will stop it by calling holding on us.
What did I tell you they're holding on 3 plays on their last drive and nothing called. I knew they would stop our drive on a holding call.
Listen, we're probably not going to win this game. But....this is a chance to prove that Bobby Petrino was the problem, not the roster. That's already evident because if Petrino were coaching this team they'd be down 4 TDs by now.
Today's game shows Brohm what he probably already knows....Louisville isn't a dumpster fire because they're record is 2-8. There's talent that he can win with right now.

That was blatant holding on NC St. that was not called right in front of the ref. We were lucky that the receiver was ineligible.
I agree Louisvillian the effort and the talent by the players is there. We are just poorly coached and that will change soon.
On Burns punt return we did block in the back and in the same area a NC State player decapitated one of our kids in his back. Should've been offsetting penalties. ACC officiating is the worst in all sports not just football but they are terrible in football. Very inconsistent.
Bobby was part of the problem but not the only part. This team has a lot of fundamental issues and not just at the freshman level.
100% agree. Its like the this staff taught them nothing.
The team played well the 1st half....once they ended the half with that score and were down 2 scores to start the 2nd half they played half assed football and that snowballed into the score we ended up with. Its like this team loses hope once they get down by more than 10....
