I went with other for Goldwire. Tre and Vern were amazing and everyone pretty much played well, but I thought Goldwire set the tone early on both ends (never thought I would say that)!

I have to go with team. Vernon was a man among boys, and Tre, Jordan, and Matthew were solid. But our bench guys, Alex, Joey, and Javin, scored 27. Alex and Joey did theirs when we really separated from them.

Alex really impressing me. Still makes some boneheaded plays but overall his hustle and determination has been excellent. I can live with those when you’re busting your *** the way he has been. Glad to see his shot dropping more frequently as well!

Over the years I’ve seen so many opposing fans on other message boards say that Duke peaks in November. Well this team is definitely proving that to be wrong because we keep getting better as the season goes along. Ironically UNC just keeps getting worse as the season goes along.

I went with Vern not only for his offensive production, but for how he forces the D to collapse and opens up space for our shooters and then driving lanes as the D has to close out on the 3. A lot of our success from the perimeter starts with Vernon's paint touches. His willingness and effectiveness passing out of the low post is huge too. Keeps everyone moving, cutting instead of spectating.

Same here, with regards to Alex. His confidence is growing. If he and Joey can be consistent threats and Matthew matures into his role this becomes a much better team.
