My two favorite teams are playing Sunday. I'm not sure what to do. The Cocks are crazy good on D and are clicking on offense. Tatum against Thornwell will be very fun.

My dad is a Gamecocks fan and so the house became divided the moment the final buzzer hit last night.

I really don't think we will even keep it close with you guys. We had some good games earlier in the year but it's been so bad for the last half of the season I have to put down how we played(and especially shot) against Marquette as a fluke. Even then, we only heated up in the second half. I believe we wore down those guys but don't see that happening against y'all. The fact we started getting hot probably stoke us up on defense as well because we haven't even been good at that lately.

Sindy has been great all year, and his shots yesterday were all net. The Gamecocks are dangerous when one or two others get hot. Trust me, we're nervous. Duke's passing off of drives will be huge. If the refs call a bunch of fouls, Duke will benefit. There's several ways the USC could pull this out. They haven't played a Tatum all year. My eyes will be focused there.

This will be no church fundraiser cake walk that's for sure, we need defensive intensity from the tip and we must be communicating effectively on both ends, would love to see Harry with his motor really revving to boot!

An exciting game all the way through. Coach K said we were the best defense you would face all year and I suspect that held true. Fouls on Kinard were a big story as well as the play of Felder in the second half. Duke , as always was classy in defeat or victory. I hope my fellow Gamecock fans will be as classy. Coach Martin took a page from Coah K's book and played stifling defense.

As an aside, I do not like the one and done that has changed college basketball. what team would Duke have had if all the players had stayed 4 years. I hope you can pull for SC in the tourney. Thanks for letting me post here without flaming me.
