Their best game was that 9 point loss to Purdue. That is not a bad loss to the #1 team in basketball. Only thing that looks decent on their resume.

Memphis was in a similar situation to us at ORU. They were tied with 1.5 seconds left and McDaniel shooting ft’s. He makes the 1st to go up by 1. Wake is out of time outs. Instead of missing the 2nd ft like Riley did, he made it to go up by 2. Wake throws a full court pass to a player who tips it to a Wake player on the baseline and he make a 3 to win it. Poor Penny should know better.

Tulsa comes out with the victory last night. IT was a hard fought battle. We do need to start winning these Non Conference games that are in the 200 and 300 by at least 10. We need the boosts in our NET. We do seem pretty efficient though even with a couple of close games. I pray to all is holy that UNI obliterates Loyola Chicago and we decimate San Jose State. Loyola is a shell of its former self.
