I think you have it backwardsCan someone explain to me why CC was substituting Greer/defense for Beran/offense?

Clearly I posted on the other thread on accident thinking it was tonight’s thread. If Collins keeps making the same mistakes then yes we can call him out. It was a fun win and I’m glad the whole family got to enjoy it, but once again they crept back in because of how we utilize our players. I’ve never been out to get Collins, but after seeing it live for 9 years you get a very good taste of why we can’t get where we need to be.IMO, you did not need to repeat something negative about our coach that you already placed on another board minutes earlier in the midst of senior night and a great first half. Haven’t we talked about Young enough, or you just needed to do it then too? It’s obvious Collins does not think his offensive efficiency is enough to have him see the floor more. There’s more to the game than offense, so maybe he has a few reasons, or maybe he’s wrong. I’m personally not a believer that we become a markedly better team giving Young lots more minutes. I’m just as tired hearing you and others on this rant as you are about Collins not playing him more. Let’s try to enjoy senior night. Hopefully, more so than Coach K did.
Especially as the highlighted professor has not, to my knowledge, been on NU's faculty in some months. Maybe he helped sway our recruited frosh guard to his new campus in Austin.I’m personally enjoying the ability to consolidate my knowledge on what NU os doing to understand how artists can help their communities in times of calamities
You know how it is. Anything that can be taken as a criticism of the coach is going to be met with "fierce" resistance. Doesn't matter if you are right. What is my own agenda? Ryan Young is our most efficient player. Collins grossly utilizes him. My only agenda is going to every game, which I do, and seeing us consistently win.
Speaking as one who has called for CCC to be let go, it is clear to me that the CCC critics are more numerous and more vocal on this board then his supporters. And even his supporters admit to some flaws. They just don't think he is quite as evil as some on here make him out to be.You know how it is. Thats why things are the way they are.
I am pretty sure Chris Collins is not evil and is also a much better basketball coach than, lets say, Vladimir Putin.Speaking as one who has called for CCC to be let go, it is clear to me that the CCC critics are more numerous and more vocal on this board then his supporters.
