Keep chop blocking and bragging in on those 160lb lineman that if they had to pass block they would be learning to use a tennis racket or grab a bowling ball.
LOL. Still amazes me that nobody knows what a chop block is these days.
Stuart Cramer holds more than any OL I've seen in a long time during those "pass blocks". You can see it when you watch the games. Ya'll gonna run into the wrong crew and it's gonna get called and you will cry foul.
btw- Don't yall have the same exact staff but with a switched out HC?

Are you serious? Somebody is telling you a story. Schedules change abruptly all the time... just ask St. Cramer, EG and Lincolnton.
Nothing about that is random or made up. I get Lincolnton getting out...they still have to play NL and EL (in county rivals in non conf. often). Nothing but respect there.
But, SC & EG? Everybody knows why. 100% FACTS. Nothing random. Nothing made up. The 95% of joking I do on here doesn't apply. They refused to show up to the fight and hid behind cars. That happened and continues to happen.
Ok tough guy

You watch so much tape you sound like a coach. Or a want to be tough guy (fighting and calling out people for hiding behind cars)😂😂😂. You have already said that same line about the same staff about 50 times. Please come up with something new even if you have to come on here as one of your other guys.

Don't conflate SP with any of the teams we were speaking about. I didn't mention SP. I didn't bring KM, Crest in either for a reason.
HH just has some parts of their team that would give EG, SC, Burns, WL and yes even Lincolnton problems this year and EVERY year.
Saying they couldn't beat Shelby, Burns or SC is crazy talk to me. I know some of their obstacles....but KO returns and INT pick six type plays happen when you actually play.
Coach/culture change hasn't mattered NEARLY as much as the conference change. Unless you want to put SP, Crest, KM and Ashbrook back on the schedule because those are 4 losses you would have the last two years since you've been gone each year.
I am not doing any narrative - everybody on earth knows that to be true outside of the Lakewood Golf Course asylum. Tack those losses on and you are .500 or sub 500 and there is no coach or culture change talk occurring.
Are you saying Hunter Huss could beat Shelby?

Right? Can you imagine if either Crest or Shelby just flatout refused to play one another? SMH.
They pass up the gift of gold and murr every year. That one home game every other year would equal the totality of remaining home games in revenue.
Get to play in front of a packed house once a year for Stuart Cramer.....all gone.

DeBoer, what exactly is in this for SP? You’re constantly trying to badger SC fans into playing SP, and it’s hard to see you doing this to benefit anyone other than the Raiders. Explain your reasoning without beating your chest, grunting, and throwing around words like “scared” as if playing the mighty Raiders is some kind of gift from God.

You may also be overselling the whole “playing in front of a packed house” argument. I’m not sure SP is drawing the crowds it did a few years ago. And as for the gate money argument, we seem to be doing just fine with the product we’re putting on the field these days. Maybe someday we’ll even sell PSLs so we can have empty plastic seating, too.

Personally, I’d like to see the game happen, but my opinion doesn’t really matter. What I find comical is the wailing and gnashing of teeth in Belmont over the whole thing. You’d think the Raiders were being deprived of attention they believe they’re entitled to.

Maybe one day SC will put SP back on the schedule. In the meantime, have we already forgotten that EG dropped you, too? With realignment potentially giving SP a more favorable conference, perhaps the Belmont faithful can eventually get back to discussing their own team and conference instead of obsessing over SC and changing the lines.

By all means keep posting on a High School Football message board about how much you don't care or think about SC.

I think he is referring to how most non conference games are contracted 2 and 4 years. Most teams dont break contracts and if this is the new coaches 2nd year, next season should be his 1st year doing new contracts unless the previous coaches/ad contracts are 4 years.

Woah, don't come in here with logic. It’s much lazier to just say teams are scared and it fits more neatly into that Belmont narrative. I swear they have a standing meeting every week to go over their talking points. :ROFLMAO:

I wonder if they will give this much energy to playing Crest if they get realigned out. They have more history with Crest than SC, right?

This is where the SC inferiority complex runs wild.
I don't come on here talking about st. Cramer football. I am on a 5a/6a football board. That's the start and end of it.
Do I respond to outlandish claims and takes? Yes
This is where things go offrail. No HS on earth has the crowds it used to. But, the suggestion that SC has the home crowd #s that SP has is laughable. If SP has to bring in an away game from someone 1.5 hours away....I would think there might be a more slight crowd. SC doesn't have this problem. Doesn't have a big set of home stands. Don't play in big time atmosphere games. Hopefully one day they will.... as it's the kid's experience that ultimately matters.

This false narrative of discussing SC can easily be disproven by what you just brought up. Nobody is talking about EG (who did the same thing) because there are next to no EG posters on here. Maybe they post, but it's on a 3a/4a board. With that said- I welcome you here. I like that you're here. But, my posting about all things HS football is what it is. If you're on here talking about SC, I will discuss them. If you guys weren't on here talking about and insinuating regarding that program....you'd never hear a peep about cramer.

We do... But Crest didn't (and wouldn't ) run and hide. Neither would any team in CC and most in Gaston County.
You're on the 5a/6a board talking about "energy" toward SC. There is none being dispensed. The only 5a/6a teams that your program has anything to do with clash this Friday. One team is 1-8 and the other 0-9. I think that says about everything anyone would need to know.

Please don’t make me bring out all the posts that you or “your friends” have posted about Cramer when it wasn’t even being talked about. It is countless. Also never said Cramer had the crowds that SP does. I just said the stands have been crowded the last 2 years and we didn’t need a game with SP to have a crowd. There you go again taking something I said about Cramer and comparing it to SP which is what you do every single time!!!!!

By the way everyone on here has an inferiority complex. SP does when the CC guys start talking about how you block or the size of your kids. Crest does when SP talks about recruiting or Shelby starts talking about all time record and championships. Shelby does when Crest talks about all the “bogus” championships they have and they play in the minor leagues. KM does about everything everyone talks about. Burns, well I like Burns.

NO, NO, NO....

Crest fans don't care about recruiting. If you can play and get a legal address come on.

We do get pissed off when someone claims we pay kids. That is ludicrous. We fund raise for anything we have. We raised 250k in four months for a scoreboard. If we didn't we wouldn't have one.

Anyway, you all carry on. When it slows down. I'll stir you all up again.

Games on NFHS aren't gamefilm unfortunately. smh. I don't have any other handles. I will say SP posters used to make up half this board a decade ago, but now it seems to be 3-4 of us. 15 years ago SP posters probably 70% of all posters so feel good about SP having less coverage nowadays.

It will happen soon, I am sure. I just don't want to give all these entitled SP fans the satisfaction their whining made it happen. Let be clear I am not talking the players or coaches, I am talking about the fans that can't fathom a world where SP doesn't win it all, Teams and Refs cheat, and they have a God given ability to find a slight against SP when none exists.

These fans can say what they want but it boils down to this, they can't stand the fact SC is gaining positive momentum without them having a chance to put their thumb on it. They need that game played, if not there wouldn't be a peep. All we heard was the conference was weak last year, until 4th place Lincolnton made anyone with more than 2 brain cells a believer in that scrimmage against SP.

Answer me this, if SP doesn't need this game then why spend the energy fighting for it? We all know SP is not doing anything that is not benefiting SP. Give me a break with all this it is for the fans and the community. Your care ends where that SP zone ends.

I don't know if the conf. was weak or not last year or this year.... or from where it typically is. I know football is down everywhere just by seeing the teams & talent. That isn't a slight against any one team. SP is included. There are huge holes that you didn't see on some of these better teams the last 10-11 years in western NC.

The 'sane' ones are the ones that agree with you, right?
Negative - The sane ones are the ones that take a Friday night football game as entertainment. The sane ones are the ones that think SP can lose without being cheated or a grand conspiracy is taking place. The sane ones can look at any school and see those are just kids trying to have a great high school experience and it doesn't matter what a bunch of grown men think or obsess about.

You have mentioned several times about SC having an "inferiority" complex. Maybe, just maybe, its not everyone else, maybe its the obsessive SP fans with a superiority complex.

Yes ....maybe.
Maybe that would be true if we were having this conversation on a 3a/4a board.
