Took me awhile to get approved and never saw the email to approve me. First let me congratulate your team, coach and fan base on a great win. You came into our environment and took it right at our strength and dominated much of the game. Nothing better than to win in March Madness or March sadness now for gator fans. Your coach apparently is a great motivator and tactician. Your team got a well deserved win and my hope is you make the final four. I have been a gator fan my entire life and have been going to games since the 1960s. So I have seen it all. I love basketball and your guys played some real team ball that night. Enjoy every minute of it. I have been fortunate to have seen my team win those six games in a row for a title. There is nothing else like it.

The narrative this season has been that the Gator guards were the weak link on the team, but Chinyelu was the one who played poorly against Iowa and that may have been the difference in the game. The guy averaged a double double on the season. What do you think happened there?

You don’t realize that delegitimizes any and everything you’ll ever have to say?

Wrong.

My overall stance on promoting BF to OC, was I never thought it was a good idea, because I knew what fans would end up turning it into, which would create too much negativity around the program.

But football-wise, I never had a problem with the promotion. BF was a qualified candidate.

Nice post but I have to tell you I'm not happy about the Florida Gators. My granddaughters went to Disneyworld in late January and had a great time. So mich so that the seven year old said she loves Florida and rooted for the Gators, go figure. In all seriousness it was a classy post.

I heard an insider with the team said that he had some injury and his bounce was gone. Fland had a bad shoulder and Haugh had a pinched nerve in his foot. No excuses. Just what I heard a few days ago. Golden was always closed mouth about shttt like that.
